GRAPHIC DESIGN / ILLUSTRATION / MOTION

I build visual worlds worth stepping into.

I've spent the last nine years turning brands, characters, and shows into worlds people actually want to spend time in. A broadcast graphic and a comic page start from the same place for me: get the color right, get the cast right, get the rules right, and the rest follows. Somewhere in there it stops looking like a picture and starts feeling like a place.

ABOUT

I'm Steven, a multimedia designer with nine-plus years building brand identity, motion graphics, and video content for broadcast, church, and retail teams. Right now I lead graphic packages for on-demand platforms at Trinity Broadcasting Network and mentor a couple of the newer designers there. Before that, I built a church's entire visual identity myself: TV graphics, motion loops, print collateral, even the environmental design for their physical sets. I came up as an illustrator, and that background still shapes how I approach every design project.
